The governor designed for all Cicaré helicopters is an auxiliary system that provides ease and comfort of flight, facilitating the pilot’s work. However, its unique clutch system allows the rider to have control of the power at any time they request it, without the need to disengage the system. In autorotation maneuvers, below 80% RPM, the governor waits for the pilot to manually return to operating range. Autorotation practices are realistic, fast and easy.

This gear set provides excellent results when asking the engine for power; starting with the centrifugal clutch system that ensures a smooth and gradual coupling between the engine and the transmission box (CTP). The power is transmitted through a system of belts and pulleys that is finally distributed to the main and tail rotor, through a flex plate-cardan-box system.
